The supreme sheep herding dog, the Border Collie lives to work. This is the dog for the athletic person who is ready to engage a dog in directed activities. His intense concentration, deep desire to please, as well as speed and intelligence give the breed the edge in just about any job he undertakes.

My dogs are mostly rescues. Bronson (RIP) was an Aussie-mix and Cookie Monster (RIP) was some sort of large hairy dog/teddy bear, and loved to play tug with the others. Baylee is a Bearded Collie. Jack (RIP) was an Aussie mix. Chase is my handsome lad. Hobo was a homeless boy from Douglas, and appears to be a Border Collie/Heeler mix.
